TrueFactory Radar provides automated supplier due-diligence reports based on public-source data and automated analysis.
2. No Government Affiliation
We are an independent commercial service and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by any government authority.
3. No Legal or Credit Advice
Reports are for operational risk screening only and do not constitute legal advice, official certification, or credit-rating advice.
4. User Responsibilities
You must use the platform lawfully and verify critical findings before making procurement, legal, financing, or compliance decisions.
5. Payments and Refunds
Paid reports unlock access to generated analysis. Refund handling follows applicable law and payment provider rules. Abuse, chargeback fraud, or automated scraping may result in account suspension.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or business-interruption losses arising from use of the service.
7. Updates
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after publication of updates means you accept the updated terms.
